How it works

  1. Your guest provides you with sensitive information at check-in.
  2. You make a secure copy of this confidential information.
  3. You digitally scan and archive the secured copy.
  4. Once scanned, you drop the confidential information into the on-site ERASE DATA 3-IN-1 SECURE CONSOLE to be destroyed.
  5. Under your supervision, our authorized personnel bag and geotag the contents.
  6. We transport the contents to the shredding centre in a controlled security vehicle.
  7. Your documents are destroyed, and you are supplied a Certificate of Destruction.
  8. The shredded paper is bailed and taken to the paper mill where it is recycled.

ON-SITE RECYCLING MANAGEMENT SERVICES

While we can recycle paper, cardboard, Tetra Pak and plastic waste, we can’t safely collect co-mingled goods. That’s why we offer on-site recycling management services, whereby a staff member sorts all material coming out of the hotel into its respective commodity.
With this service in place, your hotel or business will receive monthly recycling statistics based on the weight of recycled materials, so you can track your targets.
