DOCUMENT IMAGING

Save money, time, and go paperless with our document imaging and digital archiving services. We take your important physical documents and records, and with the latest scanning software, turn them into a secure, searchable archive that’s hosted safely in the cloud or on your in-house server.

We tailor our digital archiving protocol to your needs. We can offer a self-scanning system whereby you scan your documents as you go, or we can provide you with bulk batch scanning services. Once documents have been scanned, they’ll also be indexed with our document management system, and hosted on your in-house server and/or digital cloud for remote access and extra security.

DIGITAL ARCHIVING

We use specialised OCR technology, or optical character recognition, to convert images of typed, handwritten, printed or photographed text into digital text data that can be electronically edited, searched, and more compactly stored. It is with this technology that we turn your flattened PDF files, photos and scanned paper documents into editable and searchable data in your digital archive.
